My name is Sabreena. I am an on-location, natural light photographer. My passion is capturing the natural interactions of families and turning them into lasting memories and pieces of art. Photographs have a way of bringing us back to a time or place that can be easily forgotten.
As the owner of Photography by Sabreena, I want to provide you with the ultimate Custom Photography experience. This means that I travel to you and take the photographs in a location where you and your family are most comfortable - thus resulting in natural, relaxed, and fun family portraits. I specialize in maternity, newborn, children, family, high school senior, and engagement portraits.

This senior from Howell beautiful dancer. She was so much fun to photograph and totally inspires my creativity!
This little beauty is 1 month old. She has such a great family and that makes my job so much fun. I loved that dad was totally into the photo session…this is a man that understands the value of family and capturing those family memories.
After a very rainy couple days prior to last Saturday, the sun decided to make an appearance just in time for Jessica and Joel’s special day. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful couple to photograph. Both were so relaxed and easy going - which makes our job really easy.

I will be leaving out of town for 3 days today, but wanted to take a moment to say “HAPPY FATHER’S DAY” to all the dads out there.
I think we often take for granted how important dads are in our lives. I want to give a special thanks to my husband for being such a great father to our girls. I have especially seen him grow this past year as a father. WIth his growth and understanding in his faith, so has he grown in patience and understanding that kids will be kids. I loved my husband 10 fold when I married him….I love him 100 fold now that I see him as such a loving, caring, and conscious father.

This little girl’s mom said it best when she said, “She went from a baby to a little girl, but I just don’t know when it happened!” We say it all the time, but kids grow up so fast. Being able to photograph kids throughout the years is a great reminder to myself that although there are those days when I am at my wits end with my kids, time is going to fly by and then I will be wishing I could have these exaserating days back!

This little girl’s amazing nursery was designed with so much love you can just feel it! Her grandfather did the murals and her name is done in her mother’s handwriting. There are SO many special details!
This opera singer and actress is so beautiful inside and out. I had such a great couple hours not only taking photos, but also chatting. Her mother is a past co-worker of mine and such a dear person to me, so when she contact me about doing some professional head shots of her daughter I was so thrilled and honored.
We were on the campus of Concordia Univeristy for the session. So many little treasures of locations for photographs. I hope I have the opportunity for more sessions at this location!
I am so excited about the seniors I have been photographing this year! They are all so down to earth, positive, upbeat - it is so refreshing. These two are both involved in dance and I can not wait to do their full sessions. Here is just a taste of their mini sessions. If you go to Howell High School and you are a 2010 senior be sure to ask one of these girls for their cards - you will get complimentary set of 56 wallets (1 pose) with a booked session.
As the mother of 2 girls it is always fun to meet another family with 2 girls. It is also so rewarding when I am able to watch a child who is initially so shy of my camera “bloom” during the session and end up having so much fun.
I just love how much love these girls have for each other at such a young age!
