This is such a dear friend of mine. You may remember her recent Maternity session. She is such an amazing mom with 3 beautiful girls. I have a feeling that her poor husband is going to go gray fast with 3 girls. My husband is already going gray and we only have 2 girls :D

I won’t lie…I came home this weekend, after 3 newborn sessions, feeling that I may love to have a 3rd myself, but I am leaving that up to God to decide. For now I will just enjoy these newborns and remind myself of how wonderful it is to sleep through the night ;)

Introducing, Baby L. She is so sweet and even though she was awake for most of our session she barely cried at all.

Another beautiful fall family portrait {Lansing Michigan Family Portrait Photographer - Photography by Sabreena}

What a perfect day it was for this session. The colors had peaked and the weather was just right for being outside and being boys! It always amazes me how much energy kids have but that is was truly makes my job so much fun. I want kids to walk away from their portrait session telling mom and dad what a fun day it was. I think it is a great way to also make great family memories.

O Baby {Michigan Newborn Photographer - Photography by Sabreena}

I usually recommend newborn photographs be taken between 5 and 10 days after birth if possible because they change so quickly. This little doll is 3 months old and proved me wrong that babies are hard to photograph at this age. She was so good and barely fussed at all. Thanks for such a great session!

Fall Family Portraits {Howell, Michigan - Family Photographer; Photography by Sabreena}

I am so glad I got to photograph this family. Not only are they a beautiful family on the outside, they are beautiful on the inside. It is so great to see a family that truely enjoys being a family (sounds kind of like an oxymoron, but it is true).

Baby E

My heart is breaking for a member of my church family. Sweet baby E is now in heaven with the angels. Please keep his family in your prayers. It is so hard to believe because I just saw him and his family last night. Life is so precious and changes so quickly. At times like this the verse below helps me to remember that this life is just a temporary home and our permanent home is awaiting us.

  • John 14:1-4
    Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. In my Father’s house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going
